Current Affairs Israel is an apartheid state

Means nothing really when those that investigate and punish war crimes are largely fully behind what Israel is doing here. Very sad to see.

This whole conflict is affecting me really badly seeing the images and videos - something that's actually not happened to me before.

It doesn't impact my life personally yet I am livid and almost shaking with anger with every sad update that comes in.

My main problem in life and what's been keeping me up at night recently has been getting recently made redundant and struggling to find a job. Not even a fraction of a percent of what these innocent people are going through in this massacre and I'm fully aware of how lucky I
same here mate i’d love israel
to get what it deserves petty like but i do , i hate them

What's he supposed to do? Vote Tory?

What we've learned in the last fifty years is that first-past-the-post is fatally flawed in the era of television. The democracies that function these days have proportional representation, or some sort of mixed electoral system. Forcing an electorate into false binary choices just results in a race to the bottom.
He can do what he wants. But he and others can't justify backing party that in many respects is to the right of the Tory Party now.

This got potential to fire up entire Middle East, apparently already protests in Jordan and mob attacking Israeli embassy.
Also Erdogan verbally attacking Israel and their embassy advised all Israelis to leave Turkey

Probably just a start.
all talk the likes of iran etc think this proves it release big threatening statements but never back it up

Iran was probably warned if they enter directly into war they gonna get pummeled by Americans.
So they gonna keep putting on threatening messages mostly to save face (in islamic world).
They gonna carry on with their proxy war but thats probably their maximum.

On other hand situation with Hezbollah and Arab countries is much more unpredictable, masses bringing down their governments because of inaction, instability etc.... all possible

I disagree - there is an OIC foreign ministers meeting tomorrow, and an emergency heads of state one on Saturday. I expect some form of ultimatum to be issued for an immediate ceasefire.

So what we expecting of the Biden visit? PR stunt or actual change? Will he stop the murder and move the ships out?
The only good reason to go is to stake out the position that the siege needs to stop. This is not what our news outlets are reporting, however.

What Blinken has been thrashing out over there is humanitarian plans to be implemented prior to the invasion that appears to be a foregone conclusion. Israel wants food, water and medicine going in through Rafah, but is balking at fuel due to concerns that it will end up in the hands of Hamas. I would imagine that Biden is also there to secure getting Americans out, though the Egyptians are refusing until aid starts flowing.

The whole thing will require cooperation, and both Egypt and Saudi Arabia have been yanking Blinken's chain. Egyptian rhetoric has not been kind (go figure), and Saudi's crown prince made Blinken wait for hours. It's not clear that all the parties will get over the line, though the urgency of the situation may put some objections on both sides to bed.

I don't think tying himself tacitly to an invasion of Gaza is a good move by Biden, but he likes face-to-face and it's hard to tell a president "No" in the best of times.
