Current Affairs Israel is an apartheid state

I know, but I do think it’s being overly charitable to him to give him a pass when there are plenty of people on the spectrum who aren’t abusive bosses / alt-right conspiracy theorists.

One of my mates has aspbergers and is pretty left wing and not into conspiracies. Big fan of Gaelic mythology though, lad’s like a encyclopaedia.
I'm not handing him a pass. I'm just saying that people are wired differently and we should be appreciative of that. 👍

So you agree/think Musk is innocent in all this and he's just a good boy who didn't do nothing?

By which you support a very obvious bigot and racist?

Explains some of your Patterson views at least :)

No, I don't think he's a good boy and I've attacked him in the past on here over the cave rescue stuff.

But he's entitled to consideration given his situation.

Why is this obvious bot/troll allowed to post in threads like this?

Just derails what is mostly, very good, informative discussion.

A reminder...

We can't moderate current affairs. We don't have the resource, knowledge or diplomacy. We're a football forum. It's hard enough moderating an Everton forum. Current affairs exists as it is - exactly as it always has, or not at all. The community overwhelmingly praised this forum here, and recently voted again for it to remain.

It relies on the community.

If it doesn't self regulate, it'll end up being binned.

To see a couple of members 'threatening' to cancel their donations/subscriptions to the forum unless we moderate to their agenda/approval. As much as donations towards the platform are appreciated, lets get one thing right - any 'threat' to cancel your donation/subscription, and to encourage others to do so has absolutely zero influence. To save those members the admin, I went ahead and cancelled/refunded.

If you find yourself getting so wound up by other opinions/posts in current affairs, use the ignore feature or better yet... just don't click into it. I very rarely do.

A reminder then that The Current Affairs forum is largely unmoderated. Our moderators take a step back from moderating. We won't/can't moderate this forum as we do the rest of the site, nor will we allow it to monopolise our time.

If we find anyone who finds this forum a bit too much, they become high maintenance and generally not suitable for this forum, we'll revoke their access to the current affairs forum.

^ Those who fail to understand that point, who publicly whine about moderation in this forum or use reporting frivolously will be deemed as not suitable/able to understand this forum.

Still reading this like 'oh well they weren't beheaded so that's fine'. Seems like classic diversion tactics to me.

The blood is firmly on Hamas and the 'people' (more like animals) who carried these attacks out.
Those posts though c claiming it are part of a push to maximise the brutality taken out in the coming days by the IDF. That's what shredded wheat head Andrew Neil, for example, wants when he posted lying filth about beheaded people yesterday.
