Is WBA the biggest game of our season

Having said that Eto'o has proved he's world class, Suarez has never been good enough to have the chance to prove himself at the highest level.

I've just looked at his goal record and he does score a lot against the poorer teams and go missing in big games.

A couple for ajax, I think. Without much success. But he was pretty young and didn't have the best team around him.

I think he could do well in it with the right coaching. At times this season he's very much looked to have the talent needed. Just needs to be careful about picking a team that will be patient as he gets used to it, the way Liverpool were patient with him getting used to a top league.

guessed he would have played there for ajax, but that was a while ago now. just furthers my point that he can't be called world class if he's never actually played at the top level for club.

think we can't keep using the "didn't have the best team around him" excuse, he's 26 now, if he was as good as people say he would have at least played for one good team by now don't you think?

Anyway, to avoid the wrath of Dhan (see what I did there?) I think tomorrow is the real test of whether we are good enough to finish in the top 4. Huge chance to make a real statement. Too long, this is the sort of game where we drop points.

I'm lost in this thread.

You don't wanna get lost, you'll end up here...

Yeah, I was surprised that neither was willing to pay the fee for him this summer, really.

Neither are really suffering for not doing it but I thought he would have fitted in well at that sort of club once he got used to the added pressure.

they bought ozil with the money - can hardly argue with that move like. now that is someone who's proved themselves at the top level. at such a younger age as well.

jock this is the everton forum, stay on topic ffs

Suarez at the RS is a bit like Berbatov at Spurs. He looks decent enough and will get his big move, but will eventually end up at a Fulham seeing out his days.
