I know that you could always say the next game is the biggest, but baring in mind our upcoming away fixtures after it, the fact that going into it Liverpool will be 4 points clear of us, Meaning when we go to Anfield should we not beat WBA they could go 7 points clear, along with Spurs upcoming Fixture list, this is almost a must win.

For me this game is massive. We lose we say goodbye to any chance of Champions League IMHO.

The best signing of the window could be Long leaving as he as been top drawer V us over the past seasons whether it be for Reading or WBA.

Should we win, then the Derby will become the biggest game of recent years maybe since we beat them in 04/05 although we went into that 6 or 7 points clear

It's definitely our biggest game of the week.

If we're going to challenge for the top 4 then all our remaining games are pretty massive though really.

Seems it must just be me then, but we have no chance of CL if we go into the Derby 4 points behind with our following 3 aways (after Derby) being Newcastle, Spurs and Chelsea.

I'd arguably say that every game should be biggest game. Normall West Brom away wouldn't be a big game, but with out run of aways afterwards being Chelsea, Liverpool and Spurs, it's vital to get 3pts. Liverpool is a big game but at the end of the day, everyone around us is winning, and we need to do that too, so in response to the question, WBA is our biggest game of the season, which will be replaced by Livrrpool, then Villa, Then spurs and so forth... We need to make every game a cup final!
Undoubtedly the derby is important, but you know what? 3pts against Liverpool means naff all if we lose to West Brom

Well after last week when Sly Stallone tipped us to win 17-0, this week Vic Reeves tipped WBA to beat us 400-1.

Nothing personal, he genuinely doesn't have a clue about football and was trying to be funny.

yeah right, the same guy who tried to be funny on celebrity hell's kitchen by asking Gordon Ramsay if he could just have a couple of eggs on toast

well Gordo didn't see the funny side, and he gave him a right old mouthful, and not of eggs and toast either !!

WBA is a game like all the others, and right now they're all big

We're at the point where every game is the biggest game of the season. They all count three points. I think dropping points at Chelsea, RS, and Spurs might be sort of expected (would be disappointed to lose them, but three draws would suit us). Any game at home or against someone outside the top 7 at this point are must wins though. I don't see any way around that.

Disagree with that last bit. Lose to west brom and it is essential or champions league is gone...drawing won't do either.

New England Pats fan here going "The Patriot Way" ... the biggest game of the season? The next one.

Realistically getting max points off teams like WBA is a must if we assume that we're not going into Anfield, Chelsea, and Spurs and getting 9 points.

But of course we could draw here and win next week, which would be the same thing. You just never know.
