Is WBA the biggest game of our season

We certainly need to win, but every game is important now. If we hit our straps in the second half of the season then who knows. Just have to hope lukaku goes on an insane goal scoring run and obliterates the RS and Spurs!

It's not as if we're genuinely competing with west brom for a spot in the table. If we lose to west brom but win loads of other games it will be fine. Or maybe we beat west brom and win loads of other games but spurs/shoite/united just win more and we don' get 4th anyway

It's all speculation and it's a bit pointless. We'll smash them so who cares?

I agree, it's simply a must-win game. We need to keep the momentum going with the RS coming up. I honestly think this may be the year we end our Anfield hoodoo, Bobby seems to know how to get them fired up.

Completely right, we need to keep up with top 4 going into derby

yeah right, the same guy who tried to be funny on celebrity hell's kitchen by asking Gordon Ramsay if he could just have a couple of eggs on toast

well Gordo didn't see the funny side, and he gave him a right old mouthful, and not of eggs and toast either !!

WBA is a game like all the others, and right now they're all big

Ramsey is a blurt.

OP, I know how you feel, every game when its tight like this is going to feel big. But no, its not really anywhere near as big a game as the derby, or spurs or chelsea. The derby for obvious reasons.... and the others as they are "6 pointers". Taking points off those around us is crucial if we are going to finish 4th or above.

In a word, Yes.
Every game is massive from here. Slip-ups are going to be very hard to claw back.

This week sees the start of a run of 4 away fixtures in 5 matches, including the fac tie. If we can come out out of it with no ground lost to the teams around us then I really can see us going all the way and claiming at least 4th. Opportunity beckons. No one knows how next season is going to go. We may not have a better chance to move our club forward for a long time if we miss out this year with slip ups against teams like West Brom. It's a must win.

Nah it's not, but I can see what you mean. If we're aiming for the Champions League, then to use the worst cliche ever then every home game from now on in will feel like a cup final, but in all honesty it's just a case of one game at a time.

The derby is our biggest game. A derby and our biggest rivals for that Champs League spot. Don't even see how it is a question unless we get to a cup final.

We're at the point where every game is the biggest game of the season. They all count three points. I think dropping points at Chelsea, RS, and Spurs might be sort of expected (would be disappointed to lose them, but three draws would suit us). Any game at home or against someone outside the top 7 at this point are must wins though. I don't see any way around that.

honestly don't think we're fighting with Chelski, so anything from that fixture would be a huge bonus. its the proverbial 6-pointers against the RS and spuds that will be most important, and specially the former.

we could beat Chelsea, lose the other 2 and that would be immeasurably worse for us than just drawing all 3, despite having the still same points return.
Even losing to RS, while winning against Chelsea AND Spuds might leave us 4 points worse off relative to the RS despite returning a total of 6 points. Yup, the derby is HUGE.
