Pete ISIS didn't exist before the US went into Iraq. It started and grew as the result of US policy mistakes, which were made despite nearly all the countries in the region and the overwhelming advice of people in the West who actually knew what they were on about. The deaths at Kerman (and in Paris, London, Istanbul, Berlin, Barcelona and throughout Iraq and Syria) are a direct consequence of those mistakes. In a very substantial way, the US did help create ISIS.

There were a lot of talk about the CIA being involved with Al Qaeda at their formation a while back in the conspiracy world but they have been mostly debunked now

Have they? The US funded bin laden in the 80's to fight the Russians.

The US also funded Isis initially to fight the Syrians..

I just think it amazing that Sunni Muslim ISIS use a couple of kamikaze bomb vests to blow up Shia Muslims in Iran, then claim to have done so, yet a few on here are doing somersaults to try and blame either the Americans or even ourselves. Perhaps they could just recognise that Sunni’s and Shiites hate each other, always have done, without tying themselves in knots trying to suggest is was the big bad Americans. It’ll be Brexit next I expect……
