We should have looked to replace him as a starter and kept him as a squad player and extended his contract accordingly with that status. Instead he’s treated as being above criticism despite being central to many many poor performances this season. He gets chances that other players just haven’t been afforded. Besic Klaassen Baningime have barely seen minutes whilst Gueye and Schneiderlin are allowed poor performance after poor performance.
Plus he`s one of the only players brought in by Walsh that`s actually done okay and for a semi cheap fee.

To say Gueye has underperformed in same bracket as Schneiderlin is unfair, Morgan actually looks like he couldn’t give a crap about our club. I don’t even think Gueye has underperformed more the team has as a whole..!
Anyone would struggle with Schneiderfraud next to them mert.

Genuine question, would we need to inform the FA of how much we were paying a player? I can understand that we might need to inform them of how long a player is contracted to us for, but how much they earn seems like an unnecessary detail for them to know?
