Not his team now either - only Baines and Seamus likely to feature much. Jags could be on his way, Barkley wasn't really given a chance by him and Kev arrived for his last half-season (when he'd already agreed to sod off to Man U).

We play a different game these days. In his 11 years he had one and a half terrible seasons and 6-7 pretty good ones. You'd like to think we're aiming higher than that now though.

I am always dissapointed with the disrespect for Moyes did a wonderful job for us.

Nothing but admiration for the man.

Your right, did a job for us during a period when things maybe could have gone worse. Top jobs for English managers are few and far between and many spite him for making the switch. He obviously couldn't foresee that this would be the state of Everton 5 yrs later.

But knowing now whats it's like to watch a manager like Koeman and his teams style of play, I don't think anyone wishes things would've worked out differently.

Best manager since the original Howard Kendall time, wouldn't be anywhere near as solid in the PL if it weren't for him and some amazing signings.
I hope he managers to rebuild his career.
