How good a player is Steven Pienaar?

He was boss against Reading but seems to be a passenger in the big games. Bit like Osman in that respect. Certainly this season at least.

Hes a quality player tho, so hopefully he will start firing again shortly.

Me too, but I did like the fact that he was starting to look like a baby Fellaini at one point.

Disagree, at times this season I thought he's looked better than his first spell. Age is clearly affecting him but he's seemed more composed on the ball, and at the very beginning of this season he was playing like one of the best in the premier league.

I don't know if playing along Mirallas suits him as moyes seems to love switching wingers every 20 minutes like a 10 year old playing fifa now. To me Pienaar's best when he cuts in slightly

As for yesterday, think it was just an off night and it's not exactly an easy stadium to play at.

He was unplayable last season when on loan from Spurs. Bar a few moments this season has looked nothing like his best.
