Be round about 9am but could be pretty sloshed by that point. Gonna bring my Mum if that's ok.

Bought 2 precooked gammons from the deli. Sliced it and put it in freezer. Will defrost on the day and warm in oven with some kind of glaze. Easy as.

Turkey is just a crap bland version of Chicken. I still have to buy it though as members of my family insist on eating it purely because of tradition. M&S Beef Wellington for me.
