Heitinga as CB/CDM

Heitinga for me, he'll slot in there and protect the back 4, and he's a genuine hard man so won't take any sh*t from Parker and Sidwell. If we don't keep Barry after the loan (which would be madness), then I think Heitinga is more than capable of filling that spot.

Yea, and if Moyes gets sacked before Christmas we can get Neville back in to help him mate.

I think we'll get a pittance for Johnny if he's sold

We can't ask for a decent amount with a straight face considering the amount of football he's been playing

True but we'll save a wedge in wages.
Heard him being linked with West Ham of all places.. hard to believe anything written in the papers though.

OOps, pardon me LOL. Well anyone but Heittinga do not want to see him back in even for a week. He has made it very clear he does not want to be here.

I'd only use Heitinga as a last resort now that he's almost certainly out of the door in January.

He's happy to pull out of challenges at the best of times.

Johnny's heart is the size of a pea, which is why I don't want him anywhere near the first team.

If he was serious about his ambition as a professional footballer, he should be banging down the door on Martinez's office and demanding that he gets a look in, rather than just suck up the 65k/week.

Ship him out in January, promote Stones & start playing Alcarez.

Don't want to see Heitinga anywhere near the starting line up. I'd move Barkley back and play Mirallas further forward with Deulofeu on the right.

.....Heitinga linked with West Ham as recently as last week, could happen that one. Lets not forget Alcaraz in the scheme of things, I'm still hopeful that this lad will be a real acquisition.
