….when he was a young lad;
What's Love Island? He’d not make it onto love island that’s for sure
Is that from his first name or surname? Will we just call him H like that guy from Steps?
He plays it like all good grifters, which is position yourself to be in the best of both worlds. I don't think @davek has ever been happy with a signing we've actually signed. His usual go to is moaning about everything while saying "I hope I'm proved wrong" which gives him an out every time if he looks like a dope when he gets vaulted.I'm pretty sure it comes from everyone basically being ok with the signing so we all knew where Dave would come down on the issue. It's not because he's a contrarian, however, he just has watched a lot of Middlesbrough matches. All of them, in fact. Since the 90s.
Only problem with that is we don’t have a RWHow good do you see the KDH-Garner-Hackney combo being compared with their midfield counterparts in the league?
I remember you mentioning Hackney ages ago.
Think he'll support the RW in a similar fashion to KDH supporting Grealish last season?
He's 23 years old with no PL experience, not a Moyes player, Minutes will be limited, This summer we should be mainly buying players that will start, we have enough of bit part players, RB LB and Striker are of utmost importance and have been for near a decade with nothing done about it.So let's not buy any of them.
Hackney.
FFS, people are easily pleased. A Championship player who has no discipline.
What an addition.
I envy you.What's Love Island?
Delighted to say that neither me or Mrs J have ever watched an episode.I envy you.
Don't forget, tim cahill was a championship player with no experience of top flight football.
Maybe hackney will be one of them.
As for not buying sub standard players. Im with you there.
I think we definitely need to improve in the middle of the pitch. Most people have moaned about it all year and now there's talk of us doing something about it they're saying it's unnecessary, which I don't really understand. The indications - and my assumptions - are that this would be more like a reshuffle of the options than us prioritising it or using up precious budget, it seems like there's a possibility Gana won't stay and they may look to move on Iroegbunam and/or Alcaraz, with the money being reinvested in players they think are better suited to what they want to do. Whether they're the right decisions is a different question, but I have no issue at all with them thinking that the midfield might not be the best in the league and could therefore be improved on.Unless he is exceptional I don't see this as an area of priority myself. All the analysis on Garner speaks to his best work being a 6, KDH plays his best games deeper than a 10. Both get pushed forward one position higher than is ideal and then we don't use Armstrong, Rohl, Tim or Alcaraz and we end up defending higher up the pitch by design.
Don't know really, if he improves us great but I'd be looking to spend elsewhere
Same goes for me and Mrs TTDelighted to say that neither me or Mrs J have ever watched an episode.
Not sure as to where Dave’s agenda against this player has come from tbh. Might need to dig a bit deeper.

I'd actually say there is one this summer. Many of the linked names are very Moyesesqe players atm which suggests the committee is finding players based on the teams data/manager style. I also highly doubt he would going on his talksport jolly if there was nothing in place. You seem to be assuming that there is a plan
Judging by last summer I doubt there is a plan
