Honestly, I don't know. I didn't watch it all. But, she seems like an exceptionally strong character. I find it hard to believe that she would take no for an answer.

As for being naive, I think we all know the British tabloid press are the scum of the earth, and what being in the Royal Family would entail. She would have known this. There is no way on earth that she wouldn't have known what she was getting in to. Maybe she underestimated how bad it would be? I can understand her wanting to get away from the British press. But do so with dignity.

That’s all I can really figure. There’s no way she made it all the way to their wedding without Harry discussing and her then considering how the press treated Diana. She probably just assumed that she could handle it, as she already had some degree of fame and was in her 30’s as opposed to Diana who stepped onto that stage as a literal teenager who was teaching at a preschool in West London. It’s probably just one of those things that no one can possibly comprehend or prepare for until they’re actually living it.

If you have mental health issues, you speak to a doctor. Or a close friend. Or family (bridges burned). Or the Samaritans. She chose Oprah Winfrey. And got paid lots of money to do so.

She had a vested, financial interest to make the interview 'dramatic', so I don't trust a single word she said. No class, no dignity. She belongs on the Jeremy Kyle show.

To imagine Piers Morgan would take millions of viewers you'd first have to image that there are millions to take.

Even if you only list ITV1 shows Good Morning Britain doesn't get in the top 50 viewed programmes.

Even if you take Good Morning Britain alone and look for it's absolute peak number of viewers at a specific time of the morning it never gets anywhere near 2M.

It’s a mad one if I ever see Good Morning Britain that’s for sure.
