Yeah I think a drawback of that particular line up is a lack of pace up front. That might see one of Sterling/Rashford/Sancho starting maybe.

Based on this season's form it would have to be Sancho.

I think Southgate might go with a 'horses for courses' strategy. ie. play the pacier front players with the counter attack in mind against the stronger teams, and go for guile against the teams likely to sit back.

Playing teams like Spain and Germany who like to hog the ball I'd definitely play a different system with pace up top. I think it's a well balanced squad tbf.
