Last 3 results against Germany - 3-2 win, 1-0 defeat, 0-0 draw
Last 3 v France - 1-1 draw (Euro 2012), 2-0 win, 3-2 defeat
Last 3 v Portugal - 2-2 draw (Euro 04), 0-0 draw (WC 06), 1-0 win
But what these three sides have, is the knowhow of playing under pressure in big tournaments and actually winning.
France and Germany are the last two title holders of the World Cup, Portugal won the last Euros. I just think that when you're coming into games like that, will Mbappe, Griezmann etc have the same level of nervousness? Pressure? Not for me, they've been there and handled it.
England are without doubt, the team with the most pressure on them (alongside Belgium), to produce in this tournament, and with a potential of playing all but one game at Wembley.
I'm also not being an arse, but is it really fair to draw up recent records, when they're spanning back 17 years? In 2004 Huddersfield, Hull and Swansea were in the 4th tier, have all since made the top flight, two made europe and they've all subsequently been relegated again. My point is football changes.
I want England to succeed, but they're coming up against sides who've proven they can step up, on the big stage, when it matters.
