If England/USA ends in a draw then the most USA can get will be 5. Iran can still get 6. Wales would end up on 2

Basically, England know that a draw against USA and another against Wales and they're in the next round

surely best outcome for wales is england to beat USA and go 6 points top of the group so they field a weakened side against wales and hope that iran and US draw and that they beat a weakened england team 1-0
