I've found a way to make it slightly less boring. Was wondering if it's ok though.
Basically, I do 10 minute sprints on each thing so move around from one machine to the other.
Keeps me going and I don't get fed up doing 20 minutes on one thing.
Is that ok dya think?
Depends what you're doing it for I would think. If you're aiming to actually get better at cycling/running/rowing then 10 mins won't do much for you, but if it's done to lose weight then it may be ok.
As with most calculators take the results with a small pinch of salt, but this'll give you a rough idea of how much you're likely to burn by doing what you do.
