I'll be doing a bit over the next few weeks to get ready for Team GOT. My fitness is awful.
Hahaha same here mate, i'm going swimming tomorow and gonna alternate between a swim and a jog each day until the date gets set, 8 a side won't know what hit it!
 
One scoop of whey protein = 20g of protein
1 pint of milk = 19g of protein

Forget studies and just read the nutrition label and then go save yourself some cash :)

Is it bad that milk has quite a bit of fat in it though?
 
Semi-skimmed milk is alright. Thing is, if you're just doing weights then you'll probably only burn a few hundred calories per session (maybe 200 per hour), so it'll be tough to keep your weight down without doing some cardio.

So semi-skimmed milk is cool but also get my arse on the treadmill. I feel you bro.

You'll burn double that if you're training properly.

Plus you burn more calories when doing nothing if you build a good shape on you mate.

An hour of general weight training is around 2-300 an hour.

Weights are cool but you need to get body fat nice and low if you want to be really defined.

Hope you boys aren't like those guys with huge upper bodies and then little weedy legs too ;)
