Ive never met anyone like Bruce for passing off jarg links as proof to fit his agenda. I weight 220lbs so its about 600.

My six pack rocked too. Try some weights man. Bikes are sound and that but the steroids arent good for your body and girls like biceps x
 
I still lift 85kg on the pec dec and curl 24kg dumbells, so not too bad for a guy of 58kg. Just don't have the bulk so much now.

Still pretty much a fact though that you won't get a six pack showing unless you've got <10% body fat.
 
So you must do some weight training then? Sound lid. Get on the shakes. Ill bench you and your lycra.

Where's all this six pack business come from? This isn't a late nineties advert ffs. Do you go out of a night wearing crop tops?
 
Aye, still do some weights. Don't want the upper body of a cyclist. Use milk though for recovery after training, and that's after burning through a good 1200+ calories a session.

Chicks love the six pack, especially if you can get the v line on your obliques.
 
Get on dem weights for dat afterburn. Seriously, i know weights don't burn anywhere near as much as cardio, but the afterburn is much greater. Your metabolism peaks in the 12-24 hours after, thats when you hit the cardio.
 
Right. In less than two weeks I'm going to be going on holiday, so I need to get myself in good shape a shape possible for the beach obv.

Gym at least 5 times a week and 2 protein shakes every day should see to that, I've even got the dumbells out at home and doing a little bit here and there.

All junky snack food has to be cut out (crisps, cakes and biscuits are my vices) and replaced with nuts, fruit and chicken.





I'm not going to enjoy this.

Not even 24 hours later and I was at Mcdonalds' drive thru FFS.

What an utter fail.

EDIT: I've just realised it wasn't even 4 hours since I posted that, let alone 24 hours FFS!!!

Just keep saying to yourself this is the last day of unhealthy eating and stuff your face as much as you can.

This has to be the last day, I've only got two weeks left!

I don't do running though, I hate it. I might go for a bike ride though.

Know the feeling mate, since I recorded my best ever body fat % I've had 3 takeaways and been the gym once. It should've had the exact opposite effect to this!

Hahaha, same boat as me mate!

I'm really bad for takeaways, mainly Mcdonalds and not even because I like it that much it's just that I can't be arsed to get out of my car! Horrendously lazy!
