I'm new to planking, I'll need to stick with the original before moving up. I've also heard horrific things about the sideways plank.
the sideways plank? Vinny Samways?

Just got back from the gym. Topped up my chest and managed to get out 4 sets of 30kg dumbbells on chest press, that's my best yet. Also did shoulders and a bit of core. I managed to get out 4 sets of shoulder press at 60kg (on a machine, mind).
Worryingly though I've gone from about 182lbs to 177lbs, I'm going 7 or 8 hours at a time without food at this new job.
Bad tymz.
52.5 x 2 = 105 .... I feel this can't be a coincidence.
Is this the purpose of my life? to bench Chico?
How tall are you mate?

Beast lad? You can bench me ffs.

Muay Thai followed by freestyle wrestling tonight. two Really tough sessions.
had the physio round for an MOT last night, really need to improve my stretching, lots of little knots in my muscles.
Yeah, 70. Feeling great about that, too. I'm very skinny/powerless so that's literally amazing, started with 30kgs which I can barely lift, like 2 months ago.
Get some protein shakes/bars into you. You're probably going catabolic when you work which isn't good :S Or it could be water weight.
I'm not expert, but to put it simply, if your body is in starvation mode, it will start to break down lean muscle fibers for energy.
In saying that, it also does use fat, but the body does take both.
