Decent session that energy was there had a banana 10 mins before, struggled at the end but a lot better than last week.

Eww. Just had a 14km jog. My inner thighs hurt.

Had my first jog of the season last Saturday. Didn't run for exact km, but rather for minutes (N minutes jogging, 2 minutes walking, etc).
Needless to say my legs ache.
Also, gym today wasn't really pleasant, as I had little to no energy and didn't really feel like I did my reps as usual. Barely could lift the 60kg from the bench press. FFS!
