How many hours on the rowing machine must I do to work off this ??

You wanna try interval training. Its just as effective, if not more so, and takes half the time. When on a treadmill, walk, jog, then sprint, for 30 seconds a piece, do this 5 or so times (depending on how fit you are). I do jog/sprint three times for 30 seconds each, then walk for a minute, then repeat. It stresses your body out more than jogging at a constant pace and thus it works harder, burns more fat etc.

Not been myself in 4 days, think i've pulled a muscle in my chest, it hurts when I breathe ffs.

Just blasted that session, had a pint of apple juice bout 15mins before full of sugar, think it did the job to be honest.

Hit the gym before, did back and a bit of chest, best session of the week so far. This new job I'm doing means I eat at really strange times and very far apart so I've lost a few pounds FFS! Keeping weight on is a battle sometimes.

Going for a swim tomorrow morning, see how the chest holds up, feels better after being pretty horrific the past 5 days.

Also, got a heart scan tomorrow, check for any irregularities etc, not because I have an existing problem, but because they come to my neck of the woods once a year in aid of a lad my age who died with an un diagnosed condition. Best be safe and get it, its free too.

Eww. Just had a 14km jog. My inner thighs hurt.

Had my first jog of the season last Saturday. Didn't run for exact km, but rather for minutes (N minutes jogging, 2 minutes walking, etc).

Needless to say my legs ache.

Also, gym today wasn't really pleasant, as I had little to no energy and didn't really feel like I did my reps as usual. Barely could lift the 60kg from the bench press. FFS!

Fuming, sort of. :(

I just went on a 30 minute bike ride.

Absolutely exhausted. I swear my heart nearly popped out my chest.

Seriously unfit.

Heh. Well this was the second time I went to run. I think I ran twice in January before the cold set it but last friday I did my first run of the spring and only managed to run 7.4km. Could've done more I guess but I just felt disinterested. I normally go run around a bay and only decide on the spot if I'll make another round or not. I think I'll try to go to the gym tomorrow, will be interesting to see how bad I do.
