Do something else, then go back. Mix it up. If you can't be arsed you are not enjoying it. If you don't enjoy it you will give up.

Exactly what I mean mate, I miss having my Thai bag up and I'm getting bored of weights.
 
Eat loads and train heavy. Low reps.

Low reps with as-much-as-you-can-lift weights, or? As this is bugging me a bit, as I want to do the same. Been going for a good month and a bit more doing exactly that, and feeling pretty good, plus have bulked up, even if only a bit. Progress though!

have been jogging every night last two weeks and no food after 6.pm
going well.
weekends are free for chow n beer, though

Be careful with that mate, if you are not eating from 6pm till morning your body will store more food as fat when you eat,As it will try and protect you from starvation.

Just to add. Especially if your training and burning lots of calories.

There seems to be a lot of gyms doing boot camp training. S and c. I recomend this.

If you want a quick blast I would recomend a tabata. 20 secs intense workout with 10 secs rest. Repeat 8 times. Try it with burpees. 2 mins 40secs of training.

i have lost weight like this before and it seems to work for me.

Stick to full body lifts, Olympic lifts. I don't like isolation lifts, they are more for sculpting the body.
 
So, me being an idiot - could you be more specific to what they are, I mean explain, as I really don't understand that much...

Type in Olympic lifts in google. It will explain and probably have pics to help. To be honest with what you're asking, if I was you I would train with someone with a bit of experience or talk to a personal trainer. If you lift using the wrong technique you could really hurt yourself.
