Just had a couple of months sidelined with a injured rotator cuff. started back a couple of week ago. i do Thai boxing, freestyle/catch wrestling and No GI BJJ and try and fit boxing and boot camp in when possible. Oh and yoga on a friday.
 
Can't stick some of the sh*t on here today it's all point scoring so I'm off to the gym.

All you fattys fight and get it over with.
