Just got back from a 2 hour Bikram Yoga session. Feel amazing at the moment, but will be aching like a mofo tomorrow, no doubt.
 
I think I might try joga now because I'm over 30 and I can do all weird **** like Phil Neville does but not give a poo.

Also I might learn the art of autofellatio while at it.
 
i had love ballads on my i pod when i was on the treadmill earlier.......bit of Kayleigh and who's gonna drive you home....i was nearly crying as well as excersising.
 
Been going 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks, weds evening, sat morn and sun morn, got a pretty handy routine of 2 weights and one cardio sesh a week. Occasionally have a skip at home which brings it up to 2 cardio.

Went to boots n measured my weight, body fat % and bmi beforehand, going to keep the receipts and measure it monthly, or thereabouts.
 
13.4 stone, down from 15 in June.

Joining a gym.... Err soon.

Upper body only, cos of my buggered hip. Any fitness boss suggest some help.

Good stuff you will defo see a difference mate as long as your diet is decent.
 
dont bother too much with BMI...........it is over 100 years old ( the scale they work off ) peoples body shape, size, lifestyle have all changed since then.....i am about 6 foot 1 and weighed about 16 stone 2 pounds and it had me in the obese bracket ffs...im not even fat really ffs.
