dont bother too much with BMI...........it is over 100 years old ( the scale they work off ) peoples body shape, size, lifestyle have all changed since then.....i am about 6 foot 1 and weighed about 16 stone 2 pounds and it had me in the obese bracket ffs...im not even fat really ffs.

Agreed mate don't worry about BMI, apparently it tells rugby players they're obese. Body fat % is the main one I think.

no. Kebabs have made my bones chunky. Anyway, fat is good. Check out the 'obesity paradox'. Being fat can have positive health effects, apparently. That's public health policy looking unclear and confused then. So stuff the gym and get lardy for health. Which, of course, is why we're all exercising. Right? Not because we're a terrible bunch of posing ponces obsessed by self image and delusional enough to think it'll help us get a better quality of foof. *cough*

I've managed to get to the gym three times a week for the last two weeks which is a marked improvement. I'm so inconsistent with my training, it's terrible.
 
Just got back, legs and abs today, as I have an arm injury.

Upped my weights last session though, bench pressing with 55, starting 60 next week probably. I can actually do that, but it will [Poor language removed] my arm in some way, so left it for the next session, as my doc suggested.
