I have to say, I see what you mean.

Lennon may be the less popular option, but perhaps better suits the side currently, for the near future at least.

I appreciate those who are sad at Del potentially going, but are we being swayed by exotic-name-itis?

Going to miss him always got me off my seat when he got the ball in our half not had many of them over the years, for example Kilbane would get it and it would be head in hands instead.

Yes he's not been consistent but this season he's not been given a fair crack of it, how can he show improvement in consistency if he doesn't get a consistent run of games?

Anyway looks like he's off, I for one will miss him even though you can tell he's got a ego he's seems a cracking lad who's always done extra with EITC more than just his alloted time.

I wish him good luck and I won't forget that Arsenal goal, didn't even celebrate just stood in complete amazement... wow.

I dont get the hate for the lad, he is a decent player, works hard and creates chances through his determination and harrassing of opponents.

Maybe not a starter or anything but as a squad man he will do for me.

Creates chances? All I have seen him do is basically play as a Second RB this season. Can anyone name the last time he went past a fullback? Nope me neither
