It's only an option though, and I can't see them taking it up. Also, half a million loan fee sounds pitiful to me - keep hold of him as an impact player off the bench unless a decent offer comes in.

I would expect we have someone better lined up. Deulofeu is infuriating to watch, from the sublime to the ridiculous.

We have to trust the judgement of the management on this one, and if they have judged him as being replaceable then sound.

The fact we discussed Depay would indicate we are in the market for a potentially high profile wide striker.
