lollollollolThe problem is that you maybe arguing with people who are so far left that they are basically communists. And they don't even realize it.

If only the right had been allowed to control black people properly, as it seems is what you want.Oh here we go. The far-lefties (communists) are losing the argument again so resorting to snide comments and quoting each other. Never seen this before. hahaha

That isn't really questioning my thought logic.
Either we hire on merit or we hire on skin colour regardless on ability.
If there is genuine issues with the system that is why jobs are white dominant , then it needs to be tackled 100%. But people need to speak out in their numbers to instigate that change.
Let me take your point and twist it. The majority of garage / grime artists in the UK are black. Is that because white people are not given record labels because of their skin colour? Is it based on a , for example black Londoner just being better at grime?
Or is it just one of those things? Maybe , just maybe, there is no issue. Maybe highlighting it is looking for a solution that just isn't there? The typical white people trying to solve a problem that isn't one because if what their ancestors did over 100 years ago.
If there is a problem in the system then it needs fixing. Hiring jobs based in colour of skin is fuel for anger , much the same way as where I work hand pick jobs and most interviews always end up with someone 'a little bit more experienced'.
Instead of shouting about black rights in the UK because it's the trendy topic online , why aren't the protestors rasing the issues you mention ? Because if there is a problem in the system then we need to break that system down.
By highlighting skin colour in jobs , it is implying every single company is racist in the country. Maybe it is , maybe it isn't. Still need people to speak up though.
The media are absolute knob gobblers. Losers
What I'm saying is maybe it's just one of those things. Alternatively the entire country economically wise is racist. Which if it is, then no-one is saying a damn thing about that.I’m saying there is a problem with the system yes. From top to bottom. I’m saying that across lots of different disciplines, White men are over represented and I think that is because in lots of different ways they helped by a system in a way that people of colour aren’t.
I used a wide range of disciplines for a reason. If it were purely on merit, why are white men so over represented across so many disciplines.
Are you saying that men of colour are better at grime but white men are better lawyers, politicians, football managers, head teachers, writers, music executives (Rather than artists)?
Is that what you are saying?
She’s now posted an apology, which is possibly the worst apology I’ve ever seen.
I think my favourite part is where she tries to justify her comments because the injuries aren’t life threatening. The police officer in question has multiple broken ribs and a punctured lung, but because she’s not dying it’s BANTZ to joke about it.
What's with the aggression to our police? There's a serious problem in the USA, but I can't see any evidence of that here?
Someone told me more black people in London got fines during lock down than any other ethical group as a reason, which personally I find absurd,
What I'm saying is maybe it's just one of those things. Alternatively the entire country economically wise is racist. Which if it is, then no-one is saying a damn thing about that.
Once you start employing based on quotas of skin colour , religion, disability , sex etc then you start to remove any sort of merit in any working environment. The best people won't have the jobs anymore , employment would be based on discrimination.
For what it's worth I agree. Don't take my reply as arguing the basic point you are making , I do believe there is an issue in that regard. But breaking it down to it's simplistic form is fuel for racism. Imagine how you would feel if you couldn't get a job because you had the wrong skin colour. That's what you are suggesting.
If that system is in place right now for non white people then they need to speak up about it. Otherwise there isn't a problem, if noone talks about that.
There are so many things that people could be voicing right now but instead of doing so they choose to pretend to care for a week before going back to whatever is the fashionable thing to care about next week.
Which is missing the point entirely of all of this. Last week when I had people arguing my points back about British black lives matter , I've yet to hear one thing being said about that. I've yet to hear one genuine issue that black people have in this country. Yet as you highlighted there may be issues here , so why isn't anyone talking about them?
Because that's the problem here mate.
Everyone last week who jumped onto the black lives matter in the UK didn't have a clue what they were on about . It shows how transparent anyone pretending to care now is. The issue that caused the anger in America doesn't exist here. Yet the social media generation wanted to piggy back onto It to make themselves a part of it, #metoo sound familiar? And yes I'm talking about white people there.
Funny thing is about saying about the fines. The biggest black communities from backgrounds that aren't wealthy are in London. So proportionally that would he true. Same as come to Liverpool and if the police were that arsed, the most fines would be given to ketwig white scallies .
Also worth pointing out that every single player from our club who was caught breaking lockdown was black. Walker as well from city. Perhaps that just means nothing? Connecting dots that aren't numbered to simply promote a point that makes it look like you care?
If that makes sense
We are deeply flawed creatures and blood tribalism will be the end of the species, if not restrained by some force greater than itself.

He is already posting candace owens as a source, we are one step away from steven crowder hereA stunningly adolescent thing to say. I shouldn't have wasted my time, but I already knew that.
