It’s not interesting. It’s rubbish.

‘Twice as many white men die at the hands of police every year’.

73% of population is white.
12% of population is black.

I stopped listening after that as he’s clearly an idiot.
53% of all violent crimes and homicides are carried out by blacks.

So if they only make up 12% of the
No, but it’s a weird tangent given the fact being a vegan is nothing to be ashamed of.

There’s nothing you can say which will make me ashamed of my support of Black Lives Matter and civil rights. If you don’t like civil rights, then I suggest you modernise your thinking a bit.
Got nothing to do with not liking civil rights, where have I ever said said or disagreed that black lives matter, of course they do as much as anyone. Anyone who thinks other wise needs a seriously look at them selves.

My point here is that all lives matter, and this shouldn't be made about race it should be about police brutality in the US.

@anjelikaferrett actually in the UK i passed 2 interviews at a local bank branch when i was about 19. After being called into the 3rd interview i was given a bunch of compliments but told i wouldnt be getting the job as his boss wanted to hire a woman

In singapore i was told that if i was hired they would need to hire 2 female locals or be penalised.

In Tokyo it is close to impossible to get a job in my area unless over 40 or japanese.

In thailand they hire 4 locals for every 1 foreigner...

In many asian countries you cant buy a house or get a mortgage even if you have 99% of the purchase price...e.g in Philippines no chance.

The issue i have is the WHITE privilege doesnt apply to all people who are white just as a lot of observations dont apply to all ethnic minority groups wherever they are.

But ultimately racism will never end until the day comes when we stop cherry picking what we categorise things by race by.

I just find it hypocritical when people are saying "everyone is equal" then the next minute "if you're white then your opinion is less valid on this subject"

That to me is the definition of racism regardless of the context.
Couldn't have put it better.

So that settles it.

Black people aren't discriminated against any more than whites

OK

I read somewhere that there are 9 times more black killing whites in US than the other way around...and thats by 12% of the US population.

Those are incredibly high figures if true.

I will add spaces so that you have extra time to think

1. Prosecutions =! crimes
2. Violent crimes is loosely defined
3. Violent crimes does not include most crimes by whites against blacks (I wrote a list about 25 pages back but I can link it again)
4. Police brutality is a thing all should care about and not ignore
5. Police brutality is a thing that affects minorities disproportionately, especially black men
6. If you really believe all lives matter, then you will care for those most disadvanted
