I do feel like a twit for posting the message earlier today but at the time, my feelings were very raw and I could not contain myself. Coming from a background like myself, my father worked over 20 years to try to bring change to the Roe v Wade ruling and had paid politicians handsomely to bring a change about. That's why this felt like a special day to me.

For me, repealing Roe v Wade isn't about banning abortion but it's about giving the power to the states to self-govern themselves and align their policies to match the will of the people. That's the biggest thing about today.
What about the will of the people who want/need an abortion? Their will doesn't matter?

This twit is a true believer. Facts mean nothing to him. He was raised by a man who had no regard for women, for people of differing faiths or the majority of people.

There is not a single poll in red-ass Texas that shows a majority of people here favor a ban on abortion. Nearly 70% of people in the country are against this nonsense.

I'm not trying to get into the religion crap. I'm just asking for an explanation of the clearly hypocritical notion of listening to 'the will of the people' while taking away the options of those same people and limiting what they can 'will'.

So you object to the gun ruling yesterday?

Baker annoys me more than most, he ran as an independent years ago. Didn’t win, switched to R and got big money backing and won, could easily have switched back to independent and won his second term.. I guess the lure of cash eas too much. He knows exactly what the GOP are at but can’t turn down the dollar. Any governor saying anything else in this state would be run out of town. He’s a coward.
