Except they can't even figure out when life begins either. The bible, the Koran and the Torah all say that life begins at the first breath and the life of the mother is paramount.

Again, that's fine. Repealing roe v Wade isn't going to outlaw abortion nationally. It's there to allow states to make their own decisions. This is what I feel like folks from the UK do not seem to understand.

But... the states that 'want a say' on the abortion issue are surely the ones that are going to want to change the law on abortion in said state? Is that not correct?

Like, why would you be arsed with having power over such a decision unless you wanted to change it?

And abortion should be a legal right - a basic human right - wherever you live in the world. It is two thousand and twenty frigging two.

It isn’t even correct to say that a national abortion bill won’t happen, if the GOP control all three chambers very probable they will try and several are already discussing it eg
