I apologize for this. My feelings were very raw when I posted this but upon receiving backlash, I've noticed this was tonedeaf on my part.
I will note that among all these rules being implemented I haven’t seen a single one that has any negative impact on the other person than helped create the fetus - rules on financial support to carry to term etc

I do feel like a twit for posting the message earlier today but at the time, my feelings were very raw and I could not contain myself. Coming from a background like myself, my father worked over 20 years to try to bring change to the Roe v Wade ruling and had paid politicians handsomely to bring a change about. That's why this felt like a special day to me.
For me, repealing Roe v Wade isn't about banning abortion but it's about giving the power to the states to self-govern themselves and align their policies to match the will of the people. That's the biggest thing about today.

Again, that's fine. Repealing roe v Wade isn't going to outlaw abortion nationally. It's there to allow states to make their own decisions. This is what I feel like folks from the UK do not seem to understand.
My father worked over 20 years for this day. Maybe this post was a bit too far but it was a day that my family dreamt about.
Yeah, the shocking hypocrisy of it all reveals the massive misogyny behind it (not to state the obvious), but it is clear that among Christian fascists being a misogynist/sexist/woman-subjugator was more of a priority than being a racist or xenophobe.
