Some of these states are threatning to punish people who travel out of state to get an abortion arnt they? How will they get around this?

I’m not sure from a legal standpoint, but I struggle with how those states could ever enforce something like that. It’s like if someone drove over the Nebraska border to Colorado, had a weed gummy, and then returned. As long as you’re not bringing any back with you, no laws have been broken.

If I pay for my niece to go to NY to have an abortion, I can be sued by my next-door neighbor, an employee of mine, the ticket clerk at the airline or someone watching the comings and goings from the clinic in NY.

easy they'll arrest them, doesn't matter what the verdict is as a not guilty verdict will cost thousands in lost wages, lawya fees etc. the goal is the scare the @##% out of everyone
