If it's personal, then why are his beliefs coming out of his mouth so often?

Being secular is one thing but broadcasting your faith and citing how important it is, is another thing. There's zero congruence between his words and his actions. Biden's reaction to Florida's "don't say gay" bill told me everything about Biden and when he called it "hateful", I lost all respect for him.
It's not a conflict to be personally against abortion and at the same recognize the right of someone else to have access to the procedure.

You are free to believe as you wish. You are not free to impose those religious beliefs on others. That's religious freedom.

No you didn't. You never had any respect for him.

Can we not just send the Vogons to Texas to build a bypass or solar panel.
I mean, we could, if the Vogons weren't just a figment of Adams' imagination. A more sadistic person would have sent the Vogons to the convention to read poetry.

Future historians will probably refer to January 6 as the moment when the United States jumped the shark. They will be wrong. The Texas GOP convention is the moment.

It baffles me that so many 'patriotic' Americans don't understand this, it's the corner stone of the whole bloody thing.

Bro, the reason why the GOP is more "far right" is because the left have become more left. It's tit for tat.

In the 80s, you didn't have things like transgender athletes competing in women's sports and being applauded for it. Or things like gender identity/sexuality being shoved down everyone's throats, especially at schools. I'm not saying I condone the right for becoming what they have become but at the same time, there's a reaction to everything.
Emir, we live in a country with no national pre k, no national health care, no national airline, a terrible national rail network, an almost amateur national broadcaster and so on and so forth. About the only national programs that are extensive are the roads and the military and most americans don't see them as left leaning.
There's no left in America. The main stream Dems could almost be Tories and the progressive wing would be considered centerists in most other places.
Universal health care and stronger climate change policies aren't the stuff of left wing extremists.

So it's not tit for tat.
The right has weaponized religion and patriotism and the left are terrible at fighting back, mainly because there is no left per se.

"the left" being terrible is of course the best evidence for them being centrists

Most of the significant matters in American politics all pertain to social issues, such as abortion, LGBTQ, race relations, religion, gender identity and so on. Fiscal matters such as healthcare isn't at the forefront with most of the public. I'd support a national health care but there has to be a clear strategy on how it would work. All good things sound good on the surface, but in reality it's most likely not good in the long run. I don't want a socialized society like how they have it over in Sweden and if people are really willing for that, they are free to emigrate. Introducing a socialized healthcare will just hurt the common working American who has 5 kids with a housewife.

Only 39% of Americans believe in the actual evolution theory, over 80% believe in God, and a huge chunk of our population are religious holding traditional values. You say the left are "terrible at fighting back" but how can you fight back with something so destructive to majority of Americans? How can Americans accept their kids being in drag shows or is that because the Left are failing at their job?

Why do you put so much emphasis on a national airline or national broadcaster? That's a very trivial matter lol.

Ok whatever you say man.

You talk about "impose" as if it hasn't been done with vaccine mandates.

Yes, 80% of Americans say they "believe in God" but that's the lowest level in generations and it is declining. More telling, fewer than 25% attend services regularly and that number is declining, too. Perhaps this is due to the fact that people's kids are far more likely to be "groomed" for sexually deviant activity in church environments than they are in schools.

Significantly more than 34% of Americans believe in evolution, try nearly double that number - 62%, also growing in number over time.

61% of Americans support abortion rights
70% of Americans support gay marriage
By far the #1 reason people in this country declare bankruptcy is due to medical expenses. Socialized healthcare would be one of the biggest boons to the common working American with a family imaginable and most business owners I know would be thrilled with no longer having to deal with health insurance for employees.

The "traditional-values" holding areas of this country (what you would refer to as Red states) have higher rates of divorce, teenage pregnancy, crime, poverty/welfare, and lower levels of educational attainment when compared to Blue states. So if "culture matters" are forefront in the minds of folks like you and the people of those states, you and they are doing a damned poor job of living those traditional values.

Finally, if you don't want to wear orange spray tan and heels or think it is deviant/immoral behavior, that's fine. Donald Trump can do so if he wishes.
