They are, but how much purchase they’ll have now that Roe has been overturned is another question.
People aren’t going to pour the same money and time into dealing with interracial marriage, LGBTQ or migration issues that they were over this.

They don't need to. This already opens up much easier ways to go after people's privacy.
I haven't had a chance to read the last 6 pages, and I'm not going to.
But I'll say this, SCOTUS overturning Roe v Wade is terrible for the Republicans
ACTUALLY overturning it was never in their best interests, as the minority actually want that. It was always about riling up aspects of their base that vote for us and we'll overturn it, without ever delivering on it.
Now that we a have a glimpse it was actually going to be overturned is going to wake logical people up that otherwise wouldn't have voted (or voted R).
Brutal miscalculation from the Republican machine here, and even more of an indication that the old school rich Wall Street Republicans are losing control of the party.

The argument will become like gun rights.
Instead of "Dems will take your guns away" it will be "Dems are going to start killing babies again"
It will work just as well.

Always annoys me that the people who tend to want to ban abortion would argue that once that baby is born they should get no support throughout their life and no healthcare.
Exactly. They are Pro Birth. Not Pro Life
Oh maybe not in America but worryingly the trends are moving elsewhere, so we may be under threat soon. They arnt going to just stop in the US
