I don’t know what to degree it’s going to kick off, but it’s certainly going to embolden gun toting maniacs who have long fantasized about the opportunity to take the law (as they define it) into their own hands.

There's the trial in Georgia too for the three good ol' boys that killed a man for being black while jogging.
That one seems to going a bit better, but largely white jury in Georgia so...

This is true, but he also wasn’t old enough to be carrying the weapon in question regardless of where it came from.
