I think one of the more surreal parts of today was Lindsey Graham screaming “I don’t know who paid for her ploygraph but somebody paid for it” like it was a luxury all expenses paid trip to the Hawaii.

This will sting the Republicans on the committee who used those shining quotes from the Bar association about Kavanaugh today.
It is the right thing to do.
Anyone on the right that disagrees with their decision needs to check their moral compass. I'm sure they will be quick to label the person who made the call a democrat.
I applaud them for taking a stand that there is obviously enough evidence to warrant at least a non-partisan investigation. I mean Kavanaugh perjered himself multiple times today to add to the very credible testimony from Ford.

Deep down the Republicans on the committee know there is enough too it. You could tell by their quietness and use of a third party when questioning Ford and the repetitive garbage questions they threw at Kavanaugh. Utter nonsense and softball stuff. Then to sit there and pretend they were asking "real" questions and getting to the bottom of it.
They keep dismissing the use of the FBI because they know they would actually do a much better job and hold up proceedings. It was laughable when three of them had Kavanuagh repeat himself as to what the FBI would do which in itself was disingenuous to the FBI. For Kavanuagh to make it seem they just fill out forms and send basic reports is hilarious.
It's just a pity the majority of the Democrats were equally useless with their questions.
Graham is the only one that went off track but like many think he was showboating for Trump as many believe he is a lock for attorney general if Trump fires sessions. So much so Graham has been playing devils advocate with his defense of Sessions but at the same time its known he wanted that job and most likely still do.

It was as credible as a reds*ite penalty in front of the Kop.
She was inconsistent on numerous occasions. I don't like the Republicans at all, they're more responsible for the election of Donald Trump than the Dems, however some people are severely biased to the point of being myopic.
