Blumenthal really messed that up.

I have no idea why noone has asked if Kavanaugh knew, or his team knew, about what Ed Whelan was going to do.

Yeah didn't he thats not the first time i have been disappointed with his questions (in previous hearings also). He must have terrible handwriting and cannot read what he himself wrote so it makes him labor on haha!!

I'm amazed no one has asked him about those calendars more and when he actually wrote them and if he was afraid if the FBI did look at them they would test the ink.

As for the democrats allowing the Republicans lie about what the FBI do. Including Kavanaugh.

What's clear is no one on the panel is sharp enough to turn questions by the opposition to shut them down. Ironically thats what the FBI are good at.

So am I right to assume your politics colour your judgement. Are you saying that the aggressive, shouty-denial laden Kavanaugh is vindicating his potential appointment as a SC Justice? Seems to me that if he had nothing to hide he would remain calm, sober as a judge perhaps.. All the GOP seem to manage is hypocrisy at the indignation the Democrats have over Trump's selection of Kavanaugh.
