If you cannot see what trump and this administration is doing to people then you are blind simple as that.
I live in San Diego a city greatly affected so far to date by his actions or lack of action in some cases. Immigration from central america is big here as is the amount of federal employees.
Some of my friends are not being paid right now and some wont while he throws a tantrum over a wall he wants.
He could have signed the bipartisan bill before christmas but alas he disnt because foz news told him not too. Since then his own party have gone into hiding and have since backed him. He has had control for 2 years now.
They could have put forth a bill and probably passed it ny now. The republicans that is. But they didn't so now they want to blame democrats.
The fact he thinks all the bad dude and hombres come from the south and does not seem to see that he has no fecking border along the north with Canada. Considering the stats on how immigrants get here as someone here mentioned its a vanity project
Speaking of which threatening DACA and wanting to remove people who have a legitimate case to stay was despicable. Children who grew up here, went to school here and actually serve in the community and pay taxes. Now they go through each day fearing what his admin will do to them and fear for their families and their visa status.
He lies and then lies about those lies. Like telling people something he did or didn't do even when there is video proof or a tweet contradicting him. Like telling fox news the other day he hasnt left the white house in two months. Saying the democrats wanted the shutdown despite him saying on video he did and he would own it.
He has people hating the left so much becuase of their lies they voted to let a guy likely to go to prison get his job back in the recent election. What did they do to his opponenet well they called him a muslim extremist and said because his grandfather was part of the Munich bombing he must be a terrorist too.
Despite the candidate being catholic and being raised by his mexican mother and not knowing his grandfather.

This Tom Marino (R-PA) resignation for a private sector job seems odd at best. I mean I have no problem with the guy choosing to take a private sector job which I can only imagine will pay him handsomly.
The weird thing for me is why seek re-election? Why resign 2 weeks into your fifth term? Seems likely an awfully costly decision for everyone besides this guy.
It's probably the safest R seat in PA, so a lot of money will be spent on a special election. I just have to wonder if there was some other motivator for the guy.

I don't know. Just seems weird to me. Maybe he's been offered silly money? Maybe R's needed a safe candidate so they could spend resources elsewhere? Maybe he's not wanting to govern from a minority position like he did in his first term?
Who knows, but the timing is what seems so strange.

At first glance, rumours are ablaze that another shoe's about to drop regarding his relationships with Big Pharma in general, and to his quieting of dissenting voices regarding the dangers of opioids. You may recall Trump wanted him to be some drug czar, but he couldn't take the position as he was outed for this.
It's all conjecture at this point though. The general consensus is there is definitely more news to follow here, presumably detrimental to Marino.
I do wonder who the private sector firm he is leaving for is.
