you're attacking the messenger (in this case Infowars), when you should be attacking the message (in this case that the media have influenced joe public to hate Trump).

I hate Trump because he's an a-hole. I guess technically the media is responsible since I can only see him on TV or the internet but make no mistake no talking head has helped me reach this conclusion. I just watched Trump himself talk in his rallies and interviews and made the conclusion my own self. I'd imagine a lot of people are in the same situation.

Here's me thinking this was the general US politics thread and not the POTUS one.

Why is it always the case that one or two take issue with the general consensus on the social thread and make their crap spill over into other threads just to tell us all we are wrong, or we are sheep, or we are biased and don't care for anyone else's opinion. A consensus driven by facts, news articles and well discussion on the matter. We are the issue not the bots and trolls who come in obsessed with Hilary Clinton and calling us all bad for thinking Trump is a clown. These guys are then followed by the same two people defending them and calling the rest of us out. Makes you wonder if at least one of them is a multi himself. I'd say both of them but we know the other one just disagrees with lefties and progressives in general.

Mad they join in late on or inject themselves to agree with obvious trolls and miss the actual genuine points that have been discussed. Not that they care because their objective is to try get a rise. It then spills over into multiple threads.

Anyway there already is a bloody Trump thread. Genuine posts in here have been missed the last few pages because of more Trump talk.

Finally anyone who posts anything associated with Inforwars or the friends needs their head examined. They are not even real news. Mad how they can't see why we call Trump bad when he calls actual media fake and then they post Infowars videos.

No i get that and agree with your points but there are two in here who purposely started changing tact in here to Trump because i guess they weren't getting their point across in the POTUS one.

No, I've repeated several times don't attack the man, attack the ball. Regardless of side.

I've known (minimally socially) and followed Alex Jones for nearly 25 years. He deserves every ounce of scorn that can be heaped upon him. Truly an odious person, personally and professionally.

Personally I'm not a fan. I can't listen to him for more than a minute. Plus what he said about Sandy Hook families was truly despicable. I'm also not a fan of how he hounds people in airports or on the streets like an aggressive dog. Saying that I don't support his synchronised total social media banning, but I still understand why he was banned.

I do expect some of the things he says have some interesting basis, but I'd wager that's more luck: like whack-a-truth. This video is mildly interesting:

Trump is the leader of the free world in control of the largest military.

Some of us live in the US and are affected by his nonsense, his lies, his poorly timed actions, his racism, his poor handling of government. The fact he ignores half of the country and believes everyone and the majority loves him. He lies about his lies.

The fact he does what he wants and his own party do not do anything about him p*ss*es people off.

He's no troll hes a sick old man who cant put a coherent sentence together. Who goes of track so many times and rambles on like he is lost. He has no idea what he is doing. People who call him a troll really miss that he is simply a sick man who is not that intelligent. He is buzzwords and bold statements he cannot backup. He is a guy who will listen to anyone who compliments him enough. He thinks being president means shouting and being tough.

Instead of hiring a proper cabinet and "the best people" as he has so often claimed he hired idiots and rich white guys who he then fired or they quit.

He won't listen to reason and he purely represents a small part of the US that love him.

You can put your fingers in you ears or cover your eyes all you want but if you don't like what people are talking about go away then.

You don't add to the conversation other than calling people names, telling them they are wrong and sticking up for trolls.

I doubt you truly know much about the US or it's politics. Otherwise you wouldn't have liked that trolls comments in the other thread.
