Mad thing is his logic is not even true. Wish these fools would go read what the laws are now and what they were then.

It's the whole reason Trump last year tried to change the rule that babies to non residents born here were not given citizenship by default. That never changed.

Also what on earth visa did they have that they could stay here and not be legal. If they held green cards it makes them residents and they have all of the legal rights as everyone else. Sure they would not be citizens but that would not affect their daughter.

Either way their daughter if born here while they stayed here would have been an American citizen.

By this I mean she’s going to have a tough time winning over a lot of primary voters, and of convincing them that her (former?) views have genuinely been changed.

Listened to a new interview with Gillibrand today, and I quite liked her. Personally think the other three women who’ve announced so far (leaving aside Gabbard) would make exceptional Presidents
