why does everyone seem to love arya's character so much ? she's dry, her story is dry, the assassin stuff is dry... she's only slightly less lame than Bran and yet she's like the most popular character judging by teh internets. I can only assume it's because loads of pre-pubescent nerds are in love with her or something ?
Yeah even her pov storylines in the book had me bored stiff!

am reckoning big battle in the north, jon snows lot getting battered..then the white walkers turn up..somehow jon snows lot get away or are somehow protected from white walkers(red woman??) white walkers smash up ramsey and his allies

Can't see them killing off Ramsay until another absolute nobhead shows up. Mind, that could be Theon's uncle in the Iron Isles.

Because when you start reading the books you're thinking "Wow, she's going to become a super sword-fighter/ face-changing assassin in a world of princess Sansa's. Ace."

Then the books progress and her storyline really doesn't, just becomes endless training montage excerpts that has been dragged on while the other main characters go about their business.

I have been disappointed at how slowly it has taken to progress and I think she really would have benefitted as a character if GRRM went ahead with the time skip he intended so that he could fast forward through the training.

guess he was tied to timeline of other characters?

More like Jon / Sansa turn up with a small army, Bolton turns up with almost all the north, almost all the north stabs Bolton in the back and everyone celebrates the moment of life-affirming unity.

Then the white walkers turn up.

  1. Before the scene she was seen flaunting Money to the Westeros Captain in order to get the word out there that a young girl was on her way to westeros in the morning.

  2. Then she chooses an open spot to try and avoid an easy death check after the fight. (Bridge)

  3. We can assume she knows enough from training to figure the waif will attack to the body. So I believe she has 1 or more pigs blood pouches around her body. She knows where and how to do this because last episode...she saved the actress. The actress then provided her help to make the scene on the bridge large and realistic.

  4. She then leaves the water and leaves a trail of blood....to lead her enemys to her. Expecting an unarmed (because she choose not to show needle during the fight scene) and injured girl; they will instead walk down a dark alley and be met with an uninjured girl who knows how to fight in the dark and carrying a sword.'
@Tree13
I like your style pal! The only bit that I am unsure of is the first sentence of your third point: it makes no sense for the Waif to attack the body - she had a wide-open chance to slit the throat and didn't take it. It would be an astonishing leap of faith on Arya's part to PLAN for the Waif passing up a throat-slitting opportunity. I do agree that there is likely to be more involvement from the actress than we have seen so far, although it begs the question about what will happen if the younger actress (who originally paid the faceless men to have the older actress killed) spots Arya.

NEA anyway, just waiting for a Maisie Williams sex scene.
