But it's not a thing anymore. They have kinda brought him back to life through means other than a red priest which you would think would be mentioned more.

Think it's funny that they hype the hell out of the mountain and how strong he is thought the year and when it comes to the show he is hardly in it

It did have the weird maester with his experiments, but only briefly in the last series. I'm guessing he will be introduced soon.

How did the Sand Snakes get on Trystane's boat?

Why is Trystane such an idiot. Imagine moving to the middle of the room between the two sand snakes. Probably the dumbest character decision in the show. Almost certainly the dumbest death.

Anyone else see Emilia Clarke's no-nudity contract on screen? The all raping, all murdering Dothraki frown upon sleeping with widows, apparently. That's convenient.

Im still hooked but its more about "waiting for something to happen" now. Was disappointed with the last series and pretty off put by the totally needless "sausage scene".

The dragon element needs a kick as its gotten boring...also jon snow seemed a pivotal and likeable character as did robb starke....

How to watch the show when theres no one to root for?

also ian mcshane said he would be resurecting someone popular, rumour has it will be the hound...but hes not popular is he?

Should add in an interesting and likeable character i think...

How to watch the show when theres no one to root for?

The writers won't do this of course, but I would really like it if (in the absence of Daenerys) Tyrion, Varys and Sasha out of Hollyoaks run Mereen competently and are far more successful at it than she was.

There is after all (or at least there was in the second season) an undercurrent of Daenerys actually being an awful person who would make a terrible ruler; this was best seen in her two long conversations with the Spice King in season two (once outside the gates of Qarth, and once where she went around to his house).

tbh all I remember about that bit of the books was how much of a shame it is that Arianne Martell isn't in the tv show
