It was a weird line because he’s seen her kill before as well
I dunno if it was meant to be taken into context that he’s killed people before like his dad so he knows when someone is plotting to do the same kind of thing

Never the same after they overtook the book material and the pacing went from masterful to completely rushed to try and wrap it up. Last episode was half decent I suppose. The problem is, the last two seasons could've been brilliant had they been fleshed out properly, a lot of the issues came from absolutely flying through the story, the build up and subsequent pay offs were just never the same.
More than anything, that fat meff Martin can do one for not just finishing the books. He's had 8 years since the first series aired and he hasn't finished another book in that time. He wrote the first 3 in 6 years. He could've avoided this all himself, bell.

It’s not just to do with HBO or the writers though. All of those actors will have wanted pay rises as the budget for the show goes up in general too.
All of them have been working on the show for about 10 years at least. The size and scope of the show doesn’t allow much chance to work on other projects either.
While TV has made massive strides in recent years in terms of quality, the money vs time spent is still nowhere near film.
I’m sure some of the actors would have been very happy to carry on but the younger ones probably want to move on and do something new.

Proper disney ending wasn't it, bland, predictable, shocking end to a great series, so many ways they could have gone and that's what they served up.

I think the writers of GoT own the rights.
So looks like one of the spin-offs that we'll be getting will be THE MERRY ADVENTURES OF CAPTAIN GRAND ASSASSIN ARYA.

I'll be honest, whilst I do not DESPERATELY want this, seeing a different place nobody has ever seen with 0 story already known could be fun for like 4 seasons.

Got to be the worst ending I've ever seen to a TV series. I actually watched the last ten mins in silence and was barely paying attention because I'd just watched the previous 20 mins of people talking about things that weren't even important.
Not sure how Robin Turned into a hunk, they could have made sansa make a joke to her sister saying, "damn, wish I married him now, I'd tap that".

But what I don't understand is, why is it all so sunny? Did the winter just dissappear when the walkers died?
And what's with all the bloody crying? We've had the strong characters Danny, Jon, cersei and brienne all balling their eyes out about love when their characters have been built up to be the opposite.
They really couldn't go anywhere with the ending after the last episode, they left nothing but the obvious, which they did.
