Did Bran warg into Drogon just after the bells chimed - there's the theory that he is under the control of The Night King having being touched by him?

I can't remember but apart from when Drogon took off were there any other close-ups on Daenerys or did we just see the dragon from a distance? It's clutching at straws but I'm hoping for a reveal in the final episode that makes everything fall into place and has us all looking like idiots for missing boatloads of foreshadowing and clues hidden in plain sight.

That leaves too many questions for a final episode to wrap up.

Perhaps but just had a quick rewatch from the bells onwards and that's the last shot of Daenerys. In fact the direction seems to very deliberately shy away from showing her once Drogon starts spitting fire. Compare that to every other dragon riding scene?

A few minutes later and there are not even distance shots of Daenerys on the dragon's back whatsoever save one where a barely discernible rider-ish shape is visible on the back of Drogon's neck. Everything is shot from underneath or any other angle where the rider would not be visible.

Or the final episode might be GRRM in the shower having had the weirdest dream where he messed up the final book.

She didn't actually go mad though mate, she realised the Jon was going to win the love side of the argument, so she needed to go with the fear side of the argument... I think she probably succeeded.

Your a soldier... Two leaders about to go to battle, which do you go with?
On one hand, Danearis sits on a dragon in front of a burning city she had just massacred with an army of unsullied Dothraki and no remorse for killing a million civilians and their unarmed army...

On the other, Jon, doing his, someone stole my favourite ice cream and now I am going to sulk face.

Who would you tip to win?

She had to make a statement... done.

She has always been about the throne, she was forced into taking it in a way she didn't want to, but told Jon not to say anything to his sisters, if he had done that, she could of ruled without the bloodshed.

Very good point

Where did all her troops come from?

Didn’t she go there the episode before with like 20 people? Must have missed that re-stocking troops bit.

Doesnt seem to matter to some.

When Jorah returned on his horse from the Ep 3 battle where the Dothraki got slaughtered there was a handful of them running back. All of a sudden there is hundreds of them again in the recent one
