First two episodes....if they were season 1 episodes 1 and 2 i wonder how many would have turned off?

Im all for dialogue and slow pace but it was pretty boring.

Am I the only one who cringed at the Arya-gendry scene. They can be in love or whatever and not have it like that. I know it was mild by game of throne standards but this girl grew up around all of them and now they're like show me dat ass and dem titties. And gendry to do the scene, that guy must be a savage.

It was a bit weird, I don't what age she's supposed to be, I knew they were building it up to happen, but she still seems about 14. It was years ago since I saw gendry's actor at that age on skins, so it did seem weird. Nice to see gendry do the old "get the number of women you've slept with and multiply by 3"... To come up with 3.

Anyway, too much talking this series, let's get some action going now.

Im not going to watch again to see if it was a body double lol

The fact the knight king can literally throw a stick to kill one properly weakens them sadly.
I spent far too much time thinking about this very point. Dragons are the big weapon in this world and they tore the dead army apart when rescuing Jon Snow and the boys north of the wall. The fact Cersi and the Night King have methods of killing them gives all 3 sides a chance. No matter how badly any side is faring, they have a puncher's of getting a knock out from nowhere.

We shall see what we shall see.

Enjoyed the slow pace of this episode, with the different interactions between the characters (probably the last scenes before 70% off them are killed off next week)...
Ha I thought this. The pacing of the opening two episodes worked for me as they are clearly building for mayhem next week and the fallout thereafter.

4 episodes left, so will be fast paced from here... Maybe 2 episodes for the Battle of Winterfell (with many characters killed), then 2 episodes to deal with the aftermath, and whether Daenery's bends the knee to Jon snow...who kills Cersei... And does Bronn try to kill tyrion and Jaime (don't think he will)...

More likely to kill Cersei I think. Looking forward to next week, I think it's going to be lots of fun.
