I listened amazing how the club can come up with a selling price when BK has been elusive for an age over the price he wants for the club it does no include the debts etc & a new stadia needed!

Danny Kelly was alluding to the same, saying it's cos of that, but if it was tomorrow then effectively the 'Buyer' would be giving that future income to the 'seller.' So they then HAVEN'T got that income.

This is true..... also that future income needs to be spent as all premiership clubs get it. Hoard it and you fall behind in relative squad quality.

2) We play the long game, building a new stadium with the support of the council and commercial partners, increasing our revenue and brand value.

Sadly the problem with that is the club & council still, after all these years, think the shared stadium thing is a go-er. It is clearly not, Liverpool have said time and time again they want nothing to do with it and they can't be forced. We have to move on from this and accept, instead of doing nothing and hoping they'll change their mind.

Also, if the £125 figure is close to being correct then in my opinion it is a very, very fair price in light of the £100m+ revenue we'll have next season.

Maybe so, but the fact that nobody has made a real effort to buy at £125m suggests that figure is way too much especially in light of the £46m debt to clear, then £300m+ for a decent stadium as well, then many millions more for players. You're looking at someone putting up £500m+ to sort us out.

Stans answers:

1.Is Everton for sale? YES
2.What is ballpark asking price? 125 million
3.Interested parties? Interest from Middle Eastern party.
4.Why no sale? Goodison is a "millstone' around club neck.
5.Do Everton want to move? Yes,City of Liverpool/Everton have always been open to a groundshare which LFC will not engage in.However EFC have independent sites in mind, and will not be looking outside of City of Liverpool.Timescale 5-10 years.
6 Why no AGM? Everton prefer the ASF as AGM meetings can be very heated, nothing gets done.
7David Moyes? No positive development. If David wants a new contract, its his.David's decision will be in his own time as stated.
8.What is Bill Kenwright feeling currently? Despondant.
9.What is club debt? 48 million pounds.

Not with its debt, wages bill, and the a stadium. The club doesn't have any saleable assets but players.

Additionally, Mike Ashley had Newcastle up for sale at £200mill and no one bought it. Even with a 50k seater stadia and more assets than us.

Interesting this all came out on the same day as new season tickets...

- bad cup defeat
- poor run of form
- future in disarray
- sales potentially down

SOLUTION!

- Club definitely up for sale
- Middle Eastern Party interested
- Still looking for a new ground

I wonder how serious the Middle Eastern party is though. The they've got a 'prospectus' line was a giveaway.

Have to say funniest point of the night for me was when kenwright was called a washed up corrie actor pmsl genius!

I knew we didn't own Finch Farm but it's news to me that we don't own Goodison. Who did we sell it to and when? Ever reliable Wikipedia says that we're the owners.
