I listened amazing how the club can come up with a selling price when BK has been elusive for an age over the price he wants for the club it does no include the debts etc & a new stadia needed!
Danny Kelly was alluding to the same, saying it's cos of that, but if it was tomorrow then effectively the 'Buyer' would be giving that future income to the 'seller.' So they then HAVEN'T got that income.
2) We play the long game, building a new stadium with the support of the council and commercial partners, increasing our revenue and brand value.
Also, if the £125 figure is close to being correct then in my opinion it is a very, very fair price in light of the £100m+ revenue we'll have next season.
