Imagine we got off to a boss start and led the league. The media fall out would be amazing.
Imagine if we did that and had a superb December and were leading the league. We'd have to play on a Tuesday until the last game of the season to allow the rs and city and the others to all play before us to try and heap the pressure on.

C'mon you blues.

I would not think it would be moved myself mate, but Tv games for then are done by mid september
It would be majorly awkward for the Norwich fans, so knowing the tv companies, they'd stick the boot in and move it for their convenience as they hate all travelling fans. Truthfully though, I don't see it moving as they'll probably use some of our tv appearances up from December against their glamour teams.

I can't see it moving anywhere other than Sunday or Monday though if it did.

Question-

I live in New York. Wife, kid and I are going to be on holiday in the UK last week of November. I want to get tickets to the Norwich game on Nov 23 - it'll be our first trip to Goodison. All the fixtures on that weekend are currently listed for Saturday. Do I have to be concerned about that fixture being moved to Sunday? I wouldn't think so?

Any game bar the opening day could still be moved. My advice is don't book any flights, travel etc until the date is confirmed by TV. I've been burned before with games being moved to Monday night and it's very annoying.

Yeah i know what you mean, these are the 10 games that weekend, when 5 would get picked for tv

Arsenal v Southampton
Villa v Newcastle
Bournemouth v Wolves
Brighton v Leicester
Palace v Liverpool - probably TV
Everton v Norwich
Man City v Chelsea - probably TV
Sheff Utd v Man United - maybe/probably TV
Watford v Burnley
West Ham v spurs -probably TV

Then any other game, maybe villa v the toon ?

We need to get our signings bedded in early so we can hit the ground running. A good start is possible given those fixtures so let's not be hanging around till deadline day with players not up to speed due to a lack of preseason.

I don't worry too much about the tough runs on paper. One game at a time. We are just as likely to go on a bad run during what looks like a favourable run of matches.

Looking at all the fixtures for the main teams, and I think that no one can complain overly. We could be city's first main hurdle of the season in the 7th game - crazy.

You need an Amazon fire stick and prime membership which I think is about £70 a year

Plug it into your HDMI socket on the telly
You don't necessarily need a Firestick do you, a Smart TV will have the App won't it? Also they offer 30 day free trials so no doubt loads of people will wait and then sign up for the free trial just before the footy is on, and then cancel it after 30 days

Great visualization about the schedule. We are the only team with those runs of 4, and we get 2. A couple really tough stretches. From

Scenes if we won the RS’s Christmas cup. It would be panic stations all round. You’d see a massive difference between how they treated Leicester l and how they’d treat us if we were in a similar position.

All in all I can't complain with those fixtures, no games are easy early season and Palace, Watford and Wolves won't be, but my verdict is it's very decent.

Palace may well struggle to keep Zaha and Wolves have an early start and the Europa nightmare to deal with, this could work out very well indeed.

It's certainly nowhere near the absolute horror show and nightmare that was the opening hand dealt to Koeman in his second year here, which i'm convinced that, together with the woeful Walsh summer transfer fiasco, heavily contributed to his downfall

You get a free trial for a month on Amazon Prime.

So long as the football does not require a separate subscription, that is the way for non Prime subscribers to go ;)

£79 quid for a year, when I joined up in February.
.
You can also watch it on Apple TV or just on your computer screen.

And in fact, with most, if not all, smart TVs there is an inbuilt app with which to view Amazon Orime programmes.

As long as you have prime, you'll get the games. No Prem Plus-like bonus sub on top of your normal Prime.

See the only time Liverpool play 2 so called top 6 teams together the 3 times, they are all spread out. [oct/jan/may],while spurs by the top dont play 2 games in a row v a top 6 team [Norwich the only other team that dont have back to back games v a top 6 team]
