Finishing Position

...20 points at Christmas is always my minimum requirement benchmark. Anything below that and we are in real trouble, but 25+ and we should have an enjoyable 2nd half of the season.

Where you are after 10 games is usually an indicator of where a club will finish, but I do think it will take that long to bed new players in so it is important we win a few early games this season.
 
See where we are after 10, which should see our new signings up to speed and fully involved, then we can have this discussion properly.

This feels like the start of a proper journey though. I am optimistic that Brands and Silva will build something good here over the next 3 to 5 years.

Not a chance Silva lasts that long.
 
If the league position is a measure of how well we will do I think 7th is the least we should be aiming for. I honestly think one of last seasons top 6 will drop out and there will be a possibility to take advantage.
