I respect people views but I think he will begin to shine once he learns to keep his temper in check and also to read the game better in order to make up for his lack of pace . He could not have a better example than Jags if your talking about someone making the most of limited speed by forward thinking

His temper? Dont get that mate

He was very poor today, but he is nursing a fractured rib, thats the excuse I'll give him for the next game or two anyway.

When I watched MOTD and had a look at the way he uses his arms and elbows in games I couldnt really defend him . Watching him live I usually have a go at the ref for being over protective but really half the time I can see him itching to strike especially at corners . Opposing players now know this only too well and wind him up to good effect thus he ends up being booked .

I am sorry but Moyes has to come down on him like a ton of bricks over his discipline . 14 yellows is shocking .....its stop being funny . We cannot afford ten men against Boro .

Try telling the refs to stop dishing out stupid yellows then. The 1 again today bordered on the ridiculous

I agree with you its now become far too easy for them to get away with branding him with silly yellows . But he shouldnt give them any excuse to book him . Especially now that some ARE DEFO looking too.

He made three fouls before he was given a yellow, nothing to do with Ref's singling him out. It's just a poor excuse in my opinion.

He's a liability defensively, simple as.

I am abit taken aback with anti MoFo vibe in here . Liability is a strong word mate . The big man is many things but I would still pick him rather than leave him on the bench . Dont forget he is injured but still making himself available .

I just say it how I see it, he's so slow. People run past him without breaking a sweat and he's always on the back foot, naturally he fouls them. But no, everyones against Everton, lid.

As I said, he played like I expected him to play. He is not a central midfielder. Maybe he has a future as a second striker but not as a midfielder, not a chance.
